Turntable drives
Our turntable drives are friction drives designed to power non-integrated turntables. With their low overall height of only 167 mm and rated power of up to 1.5 kW, both can easily be integrated in existing platform systems. With the available control technology, drives with positioning control can be moved to target positions with millimeter precision, or used with sequential control systems permitting users to program complete, automatic motion sequences (both optional).
The drives are convenient and portable and can be installed with ease. To install the drive unit, place it on the stage floor, fasten it to the floor with screws and press the spindle onto the outer edge of the turntable. An oscillating bearing compensates for uneven running surfaces and maintains an even drive pressure.
